How it started!Ā
The IronMen Disciples Path Ministry was authored & founded by Pastor Ronnie Holderby in 2004 in San Diego California and launched by Ronnie Holderby, Rick Holderby andĀ Pastor George RunyanĀ in 2005 at the Rock Church San Diego, āMen Of The Rockā Menās Ministry.
Ā Who is it for?Ā
The IronMen Disciples Path Menās Ministry is designed to be a one year disciple training. It is not for the week at heart or halfhearted check the box Christian man. It is for theĀ calledĀ whoĀ believeĀ in Jesus, haveĀ humbledĀ themselves,Ā surrenderedĀ their lives, as they followĀ trustingĀ in Him,Ā abiding,Ā obeyingĀ andĀ bear witnessĀ of Jesus Christ in their lives.
Ā What does it take?
For over 20 years now, a man who is trulyĀ calledĀ andĀ surrenderedĀ to follow Jesus has an opportunity to go through the 23 teaching session curriculum preferably with other men in a 6 to 8 men group. With a leader and a co-leader included in the 6 to 8 man group. Meeting together twice a month to go over the 4 study guides in one year, (Experiencing God), (How To Read The Bible For All Itās Worth), (The Pathway To Christian Maturity) and (Fit For Engagement). You will also have 12 book reading assignments 1 a month andĀ Scripture memory verses for each of the 23 sessions to memorize and share with your group. You will have an accountability partner whom you will speak to weekly. As Men of God you will be taught to start with prayer, worship God, read the Scriptures daily spending time with the LORD. We have had over 1400 men go through this disciple training and graduate going on to become disciples of Jesus unstoppable in bearing witness of the Gospel Message. Men of God who are now Pastors, Missionaries, Sunday School Teachers, Menās Ministry Leaders and disciples of Jesus in their families, work places, Churches and Communities. They gain and have life time accountability brothers.
